In Partnership with the Minnesota Department of Health and Human Services, Phyllis Wheatley Community Center offers a FREE COVID Clinic to the Minneapolis Community!
FREE COVID Testing: Walk-ins Only
Mon-Thurs (3:00pm - 7:00pm)
FREE Vaccine Clinic: By Appointment or Walk-in
1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month

COVID-19 Tests
Every home in the U.S. is eligible to order an additional 4 free at-home tests beginning November 20. If you did not order tests this fall, you may place two orders for a total of 8 tests.

Our Community Resource Services can help connect people in need to the resources and organizations that exist to help. Whether you need help finding affordable housing, medical care, food assistance, or other necessities, our
