Volunteers are recruited and trained to provide staff support within each program. Volunteers can:

• Assist teachers both at Mary T. Wellcome Child Development Center and the Academic Support Program.
• Serve as readers and tutors for the children.
• Provide clerical support.
• Assist advocates with support groups, set up and facilitation.
