COVID Community Connection
Phyllis Wheatley Community Center believes that we’re at our best when people are able to live physically healthy lives. Funded by the Minnesota Department of Health, Phyllis Wheatley Community Center's Covid team provides free testing and vaccinations to anyone who needs them, thanks to our partnership with the Minnesota Department of Health.
Clinic will be closed on Monday, January 20th in Observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

In Partnership with the Minnesota Department of Health and Human Services, Phyllis Wheatley Community Center offers free COVID testing and vaccination clinics to anyone in the Minneapolis Community.

3pm - 7pm (Please arrive by 6:45pm to be served)
1st and 3rd Saturdays Monthly (During Vaccine Clinic)
10am - 2pm (Please arrive by 1:45pm to be served)
*Rapid/antigen tests also available for take home
