Be@School
 

Our Be@School case managers work in conjunction with Hennepin County and Minneapolis Public Schools to make sure Northside students have the tools and support they need when they begin to face attendance issues at school.

To ensure they are able to be at school, Phyllis Wheatley's Be@School staff work with them one-on-one, learning about the individual barriers they face and helping to address those barriers. The high success rates of this program are due in part to

the holistic nature of the program. Case managers meet with students' parents work with the whole family to ensure that at-risk youth have all the resources they need to get back on track and back in school.
