Building Bridges Through Basketball

RISE:
BUILDING BRIDGES THROUGH BASKETBALL

This fall, Phyllis Wheatley Community Center has embarked on a new journey that aims to unite youth and law enforcement to break barriers, build trust, and create pathways for positive communication.

Phyllis Wheatley Community Center, with the support of a partnership with RISE, Under Armour, and the NBA, is able to offer the 10-week program that brings together North Minneapolis youth and members of the Minneapolis Police Department to Build Bridges Through Basketball beginning in September.
